Thanks to the 115 TULPS license, we acquire mortgage NPLs from credit institutions and, with the support of our team of professionals, manage the entire recovery process.
Our goal is to transform NPLs into financial opportunities, for investors and for the market.
Transactions can mainly be completed in two ways:
Credit management through enforcement procedures: intervention on properties subject to foreclosure until forced sale at auction.
Out-of-court agreements with the debtor: the debt is settled, allowing the position to be closed under agreed conditions.
A dedicated solution for the real estate sector is the offer, through out-of-court agreements, of debt settlement arrangements.
If the debtor is unable to pay and risks losing the property, PB real estate becomes the owner, simplifying processes and enhancing the value of the involved assets.
